Instrument Technician


We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Horsens. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and control valves
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Diagnose and repair any malfunctions or defects in the instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and solve complex technical problems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on instruments
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while working with hazardous materials or in potentially dangerous environments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for different instruments
- Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures in industrial settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in instrumentation technology or a related field
- Previous experience working with different types of control systems such as PLCs or DCSs
- Experience working with electronic calibration equipment
- Experience working with pneumatic systems
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities
