Senior Barber


We are a well-established barber shop located in the lively city of Randers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Barber to join our team. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, managing and training junior barbers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, styling, shaving, and beard trims
- Ensure a clean and sterile working environment by following strict hygiene protocols
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate records of customer preferences and services provided
- Train and mentor junior barbers to improve their skills and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve service offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the barber shop

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional barber with excellent technical skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior barbers
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of current trends, products, and techniques in men's grooming industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as per business needs
