As a librarian at our prestigious institution in Lom, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide access to knowledge and information to our community. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for literature and research.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials
- Maintain accurate records of all items in the library using our digital cataloging system
- Assist patrons in locating and accessing resources within the library
- Provide research assistance and guidance to patrons, including instruction on how to use library resources effectively
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote literacy and reading within the community
- Collaborate with other librarians and staff members on various projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Proficiency with digital cataloging systems and other library software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
