Job Title: Dishwasher - Mombasa, Kenya


We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment. Your main duties will include washing, drying and storing dishes, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- Operate and maintain dishwasher machine
- Hand wash items that cannot be washed in the dishwasher
- Dry and store dishes properly
- Empty trash bins regularly
- Keep kitchen area clean and organized at all times
- Follow proper sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination
- Assist with food preparation when needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
