Sales Manager - Mauren, India


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Indian market and cultural norms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to travel as required

Salary: $1300/month
