Excavator Operator



As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth and materials on construction sites in Aarhus. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations, as well as experience operating excavators in various weather conditions and terrains.

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Operating a variety of excavators to dig trenches, level terrain, and load/unload materials
- Performing routine maintenance on excavators to ensure proper functioning
- Communicating with the construction team to coordinate tasks and complete projects efficiently
- Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of daily work activities, including time sheets, maintenance logs, and incident reports

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to excavation work
- Physical strength and endurance to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Our ideal candidate would also have experience in organizing construction sites and have knowledge of basic construction principles.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role. We are open to candidates of any nationality who possess the necessary qualifications.
