Computer Support Specialist in Roskilde, Denmark

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to clients and assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and software. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, configuring systems for optimal performance, and training users on new technologies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month in the city of Roskilde, Denmark. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and software
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Train users on new technologies or software applications
- Maintain detailed records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting common hardware/software problems
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities
- Valid work permit for Denmark (or eligibility to obtain one)
