Junior Computer Support Specialist



We are hiring a Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our IT support team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, helping them with troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues. You will also participate in hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and excellent customer service skills. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Keep track of all technical issues and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with senior support specialists to resolve complex issues
- Continuously expand knowledge of current technologies through self-learning and training opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
