Location: Svalbard, Norway


As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in construction or other industrial processes. This is a full-time position without experience required and comes with accommodation. This job is suitable for freshers who are looking to enter the field of equipment operation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as oil changes and inspections
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Read and interpret blueprints and/or instructions to understand project specifications
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of construction principles is a plus
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
