Entry Level Hotel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking events, trade shows, and other channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and create tailored sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the hotel management
- Collaborate with various departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and pricing agreements with clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations is desirable but not mandatory
