We are in search of a dynamic and highly skilled Moderator to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating discussions, debates, and conversations on various online platforms such as forums, chat rooms, and social media. Your role will also involve monitoring user-generated content and ensuring that it complies with our company's guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Moderate discussions and conversations on various online platforms.
- Monitor user-generated content for compliance with our company's guidelines.
- Enforce community rules and regulations.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online community.
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderation practices.
- Continuously monitor trends and developments within the community to anticipate potential issues.
- Provide regular reports on community activity.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of online platforms (forums, chat rooms, social media).
- Familiarity with community management tools is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Strong understanding of internet etiquette and online culture.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.

Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
