We are in search of a Moderator to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere in various online communities. Your main duties will include monitoring user activity, enforcing community guidelines, and mediating conflicts.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also have experience moderating online communities and be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees as part of our benefits package. Women are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and enforce community guidelines
- Facilitate discussions and encourage positive interactions within the community
- Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance when needed
- Mediate conflicts between users in a professional manner
- Identify and report any violations of community guidelines or terms of use
- Keep track of trends and popular topics within the community
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall user experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
