Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring computer systems and applications, and providing remote support to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and following up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
To excel in this role, you must have a degree in computer science or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk. Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows, Mac, and Linux is essential. Additionally, you must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with opportunities for growth and career advancement. The job is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in the country.
