We are seeking a talented and experienced Filipino Baker to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Order supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels
- Work with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and taking special orders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Proficient in traditional Filipino baking techniques and recipes
- Knowledge of European baking techniques is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and decorating skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is an advantage)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Bulgaria (visa sponsorship available)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, based on experience.
