Project Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled and experienced Project Manager who is able to oversee and manage multiple projects from conception to completion. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating project plans, setting timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, based in Mauren. While previous project management experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without prior experience who possess strong leadership qualities and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, outlining goals, timelines, resources, and budget
- Communicate project progress to team members and stakeholders
- Identify and manage potential risks or issues that may arise during the project
- Oversee project budget and ensure expenses are within allocated funds
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any concerns
- Make decisions in a timely manner to keep projects on track
- Prepare reports on project status for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Gantt charts or Agile methodology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
