Contract Administrator - Monte-Carlo, Monaco
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all contract-related activities for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure they align with company policies
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Maintain accurate records of all contract documents
- Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, including any issues or delays
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external parties in regards to contract matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract management or administration
- Knowledge of legal principles related to contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with contract management software preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
Salary:
$1500 per month
