Job Title: Part-Time Computer Support Specialist



We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the field of computer support

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networking issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and antivirus programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available for part-time work in Esbjerg
