Handyman - Property Maintenance



We are hiring a Handyman to join our team in Horsens! As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general property maintenance tasks such as repairing and installing fixtures, painting, and completing various tasks as needed. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Complete painting projects to maintain the appearance of our properties
- Install fixtures such as lighting, shelves, and cabinets
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and up to company standards

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Horsens (accommodation not provided)
