Temporary Concierge in Randers

Our hotel in Randers is currently seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide guests with a high level of personalized attention and assistance during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Denmark (EU citizens preferred)
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided by the hotel (local candidates preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary for this temporary position is 1000$ per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on performance.
