Milling Machine Operator



We are seeking a highly skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You will also be responsible for monitoring machine operations, inspecting finished products, and ensuring the quality of the final product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- English proficiency required, additional language skills are a plus
