Interpreter (English-Hindi)


We are a language services company based in Atlanta, seeking a skilled bilingual Interpreter to join our team. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between English and Hindi speakers in various settings such as meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken language from English to Hindi and vice versa accurately and efficiently
- Act as a cultural bridge to ensure effective communication between parties
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Take notes and summarize conversations when necessary
- Research terminology and prepare for assignments in advance
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding interpreting standards

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages
- Previous experience as an interpreter or in a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different speaking styles
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate cross-cultural situations
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for flexible working hours including evenings or weekends if needed

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. The successful candidate will also receive accommodations provided by the company.
