Office Manager - Atlanta, USA
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team with various projects and tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain office budget and expense reports
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
Preference:
