Hotel Sales Manager
A luxurious hotel in the bustling city of Os is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and maximize revenue. Your primary goal will be to attract new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them through various channels such as networking events, trade shows, and social media
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to entice new customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the hotel
- Monitor competitors' rates, services, and promotions to ensure our hotel remains competitive in the market
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
