Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist (Esbjerg, Denmark)



Our busy private practice in Esbjerg, Denmark is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as accommodation assistance for those relocating to Esbjerg.

As a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist, you will work closely with clients to assess their nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans to help them achieve their health goals. You will also provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in dietetics or nutrition, as well as a biometric passport. While we welcome experienced applicants, this position is also open to recent graduates without professional experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments on clients
- Develop and implement personalized meal plans based on clients' individual needs and health goals
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to clients
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
- Keep accurate records of client consultations and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition from an accredited university
- Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist certification or equivalent from an accredited organization
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting
- Experience with nutrition counseling or education
- Proficiency in Danish (or willingness to learn)
