Job Title: Contract Mason in Oslo

We are currently hiring a skilled Contract Mason to join our team in Oslo. As a Contract Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks or other similar materials. You must have at least 2 years of experience in masonry work and be able to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks or other materials to construct walls, chimneys, fireplaces, patios, and other structures
- Cut or shape bricks using hammers, chisels, or power tools
- Spread mortar between bricks or stones and remove excess mortar with trowels
- Use levels and plumb lines to ensure the accuracy and levelness of structures
- Repair existing masonry structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Install insulation materials in walls as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mason
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and concrete blocks
- Familiarity with using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, trowels, etc.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per week.

Location: This position is located in Oslo but is open to all nationalities who are legally able to work in Norway.
