Sales Assistant



We are a growing retail company in La-Condamine seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
- Provide product knowledge and assist with purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized store appearance
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (proficiency in other languages is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in La-Condamine without visa sponsorship

Salary: Starting at 1600$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
