Preservation Architect for Cultural Heritage Sites in Clairvaux



We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, providing expertise and guidance for the preservation and restoration of cultural heritage sites. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing detailed reports, and developing plans for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys of cultural heritage sites to assess their condition and identify necessary preservation or restoration measures
- Prepare detailed reports outlining the current state of the site and recommended preservation or restoration techniques
- Develop plans for preserving or restoring historical buildings, taking into account the site's cultural significance and any relevant regulations or guidelines
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, historians, and archaeologists to ensure comprehensive preservation efforts
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans by contractors and monitor progress to ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate with stakeholders including government agencies, community groups, and property owners to gain support for preservation efforts
- Stay up-to-date with current preservation practices, regulations, and technologies through research and attending conferences or workshops

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working on preservation projects for historical buildings or structures
- Strong knowledge of historic preservation principles, techniques, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for conducting site surveys and preparing reports
- Ability to travel frequently to different locations within Clairvaux as well as occasional international travel

This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month. We welcome applications from Pakistani or Filipino candidates who have relevant experience in historic preservation. This job does not require English proficiency but it is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with securing your own visa if needed.
