Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land and other features on the earth's surface. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to determine property boundaries, establish reference points, and create topographic maps. This role requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to collect data on land features and properties
- Using surveying instruments such as levels, total stations, and GPS to measure distances and angles
- Analyzing survey data using computer software to create detailed maps and reports
- Interpreting legal documents and existing records to determine property boundaries
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements
- Ensuring all survey work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit for outdoor work
Working Conditions:
This is a contract position suitable for men in Sheduva. The salary is $1200 per month without accommodation provided. The job may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, as well as occasional travel to different locations for surveys.
