We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Your main goal will be to drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' performance
- Create attractive packages, promotions, and sales collateral to attract potential customers
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
