Part-Time Preservation Architect


As a part-time Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the United States. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and historic preservation organizations to ensure that these buildings maintain their historical authenticity while also meeting modern safety and functionality standards.

Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, creating preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and providing guidance on proper conservation techniques. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and timelines, as well as coordinating with local authorities to obtain necessary permits.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in architecture or historic preservation, as well as relevant experience working on historical restoration projects. You should also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. The schedule can be flexible depending on project needs and your availability. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
