Job Title: Project Manager (Herning, Denmark)


We are a rapidly growing construction company in Herning, Denmark seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status and any potential issues or delays
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment needed for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation software/tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Ability to travel to different job sites as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this position.
