We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and repair of buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform general handyman tasks such as painting, patching walls, and fixing broken fixtures
- Inspect buildings for any safety or maintenance concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Coordinate with other team members to complete larger projects or renovations
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed
