Senior Architect - Os

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Os. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client needs, budget, and timeline requirements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills

This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a passion for architecture.
