Senior Architect - Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare and review construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site support during construction phases
- Mentor junior architects and oversee their work
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen, Norway (local candidates preferred)

Contract Type: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension
