Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vejle. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings, arrange travel itineraries
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Keep track of employee records, including attendance and vacation requests
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens.
