As an Office Assistant in Almada, Portugal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing all administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
