Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from conceptualization to completion. Your main duties will include leading a team of architects and designers, developing project plans and budgets, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Oversee the conceptualization, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases of architectural projects
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve architectural drawings, models, specifications, and other deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and construction to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines in the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

We offer competitive salary package of 1700$ per month without accommodation. Candidates must have own visa for employment in Denmark.
