Architectural Technologist - Design and Development Specialist (Odense, Denmark)


As an Architectural Technologist - Design and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for a variety of projects in Odense, Denmark. Your main focus will be on developing innovative and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use your technical knowledge and expertise to create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design objectives are met
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Utilize computer aided design (CAD) software to create 2D/3D models for presentations and construction documents
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into design processes
- Work closely with contractors during construction phase to ensure designs are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit etc.)
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a salary of $1600 per month with accommodation provided.

Location:
