Façade Specialist


As a Façade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades in Jerusalem. Your main duty will be to ensure that the external appearance and structure of buildings are aesthetically pleasing and functional. This role requires experience in the facade industry and proficiency in relevant software programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative designs for building facades that meet client requirements
- Oversee the installation process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of facade design with overall building structure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards during all phases of work
- Manage a team of workers to execute facade projects effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design, installation, or maintenance
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials used in facades
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Jerusalem
