Handyman / Maintenance Technician



We are seeking a skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
- Repair or replace damaged furniture, doors, and windows
- Inspect and maintain building systems such as HVAC and security
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have own visa to work in the US
