Junior Commercial Architect


We are in search of a creative and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Bergen. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects to assist in the design, planning, and construction of commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects on the design and planning of commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and assist in gathering data for project proposals
- Create architectural drawings and 3D models using relevant software
- Assist in developing project budgets and timelines
- Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Participate in project presentations to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in commercial architecture is a plus
- Experience working on projects from conception to completion
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with Revit or SketchUp

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen
