IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology department of our company in Faisalabad. Your main role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies to support the overall business objectives and managing a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting technical issues, managing system upgrades, and conducting regular maintenance.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and protection.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in order to improve overall business operations.
- Ensure that all systems are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security systems, and databases.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience developing IT policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary:
$1100 per month

Location:
Faisalabad (candidates residing in Faisalabad or willing to relocate are preferred)
