Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, and other external contacts
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial management for the office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Plan company events and assist with organizing team building activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or a related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
