We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Manager in Aarhus. As the office manager, you will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting with budget management and expense tracking
- Maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs when needed
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Overseeing administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
