Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Dubai. Your main duties will include identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing sales strategies to increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales staff and ensuring they meet their targets. This position is suitable for men with strong communication and negotiation skills, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. A biometric passport is required for this role. Accommodation will be provided.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our hotel in Dubai. Your primary goal will be to boost revenue by attracting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation abilities.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential clients in various markets, such as corporate businesses, travel agencies, and event planners. You will then devise effective sales strategies to target these clients and secure contracts that meet our hotel's goals.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets. You will monitor their performance closely and provide guidance where needed.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in sales within the hospitality industry. A thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs is essential to develop successful sales strategies.
