Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site management. This is a contract position without the requirement of prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Create and manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
