Job Title: Contract Waiter in La-Condamine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Waiter to join our team at a high-end restaurant in La-Condamine. As a Contract Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of excellent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow all health code regulations and maintain cleanliness of work area

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1300 per month. Tips are not included but are encouraged.
