Temporary Concierge Assistant

As a temporary Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients at a high-end hotel in Aalborg, Denmark. You will assist the Concierge team in tasks such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and answering any inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without previous experience in the hospitality industry to gain valuable skills and knowledge while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As this is a temporary position, no accommodation will be provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are able to commit to the duration of the assignment. This role offers a salary of 1000$ per week.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Concierge team with daily tasks such as booking reservations and arranging transportation
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Answering inquiries and providing information about local attractions, events, and services
- Maintaining a neat and organized work area
- Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Assisting with luggage handling when needed

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
