Mason Supervisor


We are currently hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. This position requires previous experience in masonry, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, tools, equipment, and workforce needed for each project.
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plan and address any issues that arise.
- Keep accurate records of materials used, labor hours worked, and project expenses.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or similar role.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred but not required.
- Indian nationality preferred.
