Blast Furnace Operator

As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces to produce pig iron or liquid steel. This is a full-time position based in Split, and we strongly prefer candidates who have experience in this field. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnaces to ensure efficient production of pig iron or liquid steel
- Monitor furnace temperature, pressure, and gas flow to ensure safe operation
- Adjust furnace controls as needed to maintain proper conditions
- Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Blast Furnace Operator or similar role is strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Biometric passport is required for this position

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
